Greg is a business executive with over 40 years of experience with both US and Canadian companies in industries such as education, health care and direct sales. Some of Greg’s most significant experiences came from Tupperware where he was employed for over 25 years. One of Greg’s roles with Tupperware Canada was as CFO and responsible for Finance, Legal, Operations and IT. Early in Greg’s Tupperware career he was part of the team to successfully implement the very first commissionaire structure with the parent company being located in a lower tax country resulting in tax savings of over $1.0M annually.  Greg also successfully consolidated distribution locations down to one location saving over $5.0M annually. Greg was also part of the team that successfully integrated the Tupperware Canada back office functions into the US operations. Greg was also appointed VP Sales where he saw sales increase from $30M to $60M annually. Greg’s most recent role was with the Bemer Group where he was Controller and CEO for the US and Canada. 

Carmen is an accounting professional with over 30 years of experience with both Canadian and US companies. Carmen has worked in several industries such as retail, wholesale, direct selling as well as operating her own accounting business since 2009.  Carmen has been involved in all aspects of accounting from accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger analysis, financial statement preparation, month end close, sales tax calculation and remittance, payroll including remitting of payroll withholdings as well as issuing employee and contractor year end income tax reporting slips (T4/T4A/1099/1042) and, leading external audits. Carmen has worked as part of a team that has developed several eCommerce sites.
